Built as tilt-up wall construction, this 40000 sq. ft. class A office building, designed by Hansen Architects, is yet another ever-present symbol of the developers innovative approach to commercial real estate. In tilt-up construction, its concrete walls are cast on-site and lifted up to their vertical position by a crane. This is a relatively recent type of commercial construction for Savannah.
